First superpower unlocked: Steady. 🛡️
Today our students learned their Super Hero breath: breathe in like you’re smelling a flower, breathe out like you’re blowing out a candle. It sounds simple, but it’s how heroes stay calm and strong on the inside even when things feel out of control on the outside. The big question they’re carrying with them today: “Am I using my power, or is my power using me?”
Their leadership challenge is to use their Super Hero breath three times today and then teach it to someone at home tonight. So if your student grabs you after school and asks you to smell a flower and blow out a candle, you’ll know why. 💛
