Hello Timberwolf Families:
Our PTA nominating committee for the 2026/2027 school year’s WCEPTA Executive Board election is going to start meeting. The current Board consists of mostly 6th grade parents who will be leaving Wolf Canyon at the end of the school year and would like to see the traditions of the PTA continued on for the benefit of every student and family. We understand this is a commitment–we too are all very busy and working parents–but we are here to support and show you the ropes. Please step up and support your kids and our school so we can continue the Wolf Canyon traditions and activities after the current Board graduates with our last Timberwolves.
All positions are open for the 2026-27 school year. By choosing to volunteer now, you can help us ensure a smoother transition and not lose the community and fun for your kids for the years to come! Here are just some of the events and support that would disappear if a new board is not elected: Movie Nights, Apex Fun Run, Holiday Shop, Bingo Night, Book Fair, Teacher Grants, & VAPA/Grade-Level Fundraisers.
Required Positions to have a PTA:
President, Secretary, Treasurer
Additional Positions:
Financial Secretary, Historian, Auditor, Parliamentarian, Membership, Other Chairs (ie. Communications, Book Fair, Apex Fun Run)
